II - Copying beyond Fair Use

Azogue Journal as well as any corresponding copyrights or other intellectual property rights are protected by Spanish intellectual property laws (Spanish Law Number 22/1987 of 11 November on Intellectual Property) and by the dispositions of applicable International treaties.
